Our platform helps new colleagues understand the most crucial information related to the insurance profession, and it presents them the opportunities offered by Generali. The well-visualized process supports colleagues on their road to become salespeople by showing them during the first 100 days what they need to do on the job to achieve success. Generali Onboarding collects all achievements within the platform and in other HR systems. With the rewards received for their results users directly influence their potential earnings level. This way colleagues directly perceive the financial implications of their knowledge and their performance.
